Terms
Terms of Use
Draft of September 23, 2026
The short version
- Tend360 is for pastors and ministry leaders who are 18 or older.
- It is a care tool, not medical care, and not an emergency service. In a crisis, call or text 988.
- The coach is an AI. It can be wrong. It is not a counselor.
- Your answers belong to you, and you can delete them at any time.
- Churches agree never to use results for decisions about anyone’s job, and never to ask to see them.
- Please use Tend360 fairly, and only for yourself.
Agreeing to these terms
Tend360 is offered by The Pastors Collective (“Pastors Collective”, “we”, “us”), and built and run for us by Cornerstone Industries. These terms cover the Tend360 website and phone app.
By using Tend360 you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Tend360.
Who can use Tend360
Tend360 is for pastors, ministry staff, and ministry leaders who are 18 or older. You may use it on your own, or because your church or network invited you. Either way, your account and your results are yours.
What Tend360 is for
Tend360 is a pastoral care and personal growth tool. It gives you an honest picture of how you are doing, a simple plan, and ways to get support.
Tend360 is a care tool, not medical care. It does not diagnose or treat any medical or mental health condition. Its scores and suggestions do not replace a doctor, a licensed counselor, or your own judgment. Talk with a qualified professional about any health concern.
Tend360 is not an emergency service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988, or call 911.
The AI coach
The coach is an AI built by Pastors Collective. It always tells you it is an AI, and it is not a counselor. It can be wrong, and it can misunderstand. Use it to think and pray things through, and check anything important with a person you trust.
Please do not share other people’s private details with the coach, like a church member’s name and situation.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure, and never share a code. Pastors Collective will never ask you for one. Tell us through Pastors Collective’s contact page if you think someone else has used your account.
What stays yours
Your answers and what you write belong to you. You let us store and use them only to run Tend360 for you, as the Privacy Policy explains. You can delete them at any time by deleting your account.
For churches and networks
If your church or network gives Tend360 to its staff, it agrees to these rules as well:
- Taking Tend360 is always a person’s own choice.
- Results are never used for decisions about pay, promotion, discipline, or anyone’s job.
- No one tries to work out a person’s results from team averages.
- No one asks a staff member to show or share their results.
A separate agreement between the church and Pastors Collective may add to these terms.
Using Tend360 fairly
Please do not:
- Try to see anyone else’s information, or get around how Tend360 protects it.
- Use Tend360 for anyone but yourself, or let someone else use your account.
- Copy, scrape, or resell the questions, reports, or library.
- Disrupt Tend360, or try to break into it.
We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules. We will tell you why when we can.
What belongs to Pastors Collective
The Tend360 name, the questions, the reports, the library, and the design belong to Pastors Collective or the people who license them to us. You may use them for your own growth. Please ask before using them anywhere else.
Books and other websites
Tend360 suggests books, programs, and other websites. We choose them carefully, but we do not run those sites and are not responsible for them. If Pastors Collective ever earns a commission from a link, we will say so next to that link.
Cost
If Tend360 ever costs you anything, we will tell you the price before you pay. Nothing you do in Tend360 will charge you without your clear yes.
Changes and ending
Tend360 will keep changing as we improve it. We may add, change, or remove features. If we stop offering Tend360, we will tell you first and give you time to download your reports.
You can stop using Tend360 and delete your account at any time. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
Our promises and their limits
We work hard to make Tend360 helpful, accurate, and available. Even so, we provide it “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond the ones in these terms, including that Tend360 will always be available or free of mistakes.
To the extent the law allows, Pastors Collective and Cornerstone Industries are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that come from using Tend360. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, in the United States. If there is ever a disagreement, please contact us first. Most things can be settled with a conversation.
